Cindy Kacsor

Executive Director

Cindy served children with developmental disabilities as a Service Coordinator for First Steps for over 7 years. At First Steps, she coordinated OT, PT, and speech therapy services as well as provided information regarding community resources for the families. From 2006 to 2015, she served on the Board of Directors at a non-profit therapy center for children with autism in Fort Wayne, IN.

Amy Doran

Director of operations

Amy began her professional career in Fort Wayne with Lincoln National Corporation, performing a variety of management roles.  Amy also worked in the healthcare insurance industry for a national preferred provider organization where she was responsible for both internal and external customer support.  After her son received an ASD diagnosis, she teamed up with several other parents to start a non-profit outpatient therapy center for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, serving in the role of Manager of Human Resources for 8 years as well as on the center’s Board of Directors.
